Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before Shipment (Only valid for orders placed and delivered within Pakistan):

If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can contact our customer support team via email at admin@primegalleria.com or call us at +92-326-8910000 (Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM).

In such cases, we will cancel the order and process a refund within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is confirmed.

Refund Process and Timelines:

  • Pre-shipment Cancellation: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • Post-shipment Cancellation: If the product has already been shipped or is in transit, refunds will be processed after the item has been returned to our warehouse.

For payments made via credit/debit cards or online banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account used for the payment within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the billing details you provide. This will be done within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back. The amount may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.

You can also opt for a refund in the form of Prime Galleria coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during the payment?

  • Discount vouchers are one-time-use only and will be treated as used even if the order is canceled.
  • Loyalty points will be credited back to your account if you cancel the order.
