If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team via email (admin@primegalleria.com) within 15 business days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order ID and details of the item. Please include an image of the product and invoice.
- We will arrange a pickup within 2-4 business days. Refund or replacement will only be processed once the item is received in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
If a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund.
