Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email (admin@primegalleria.com) within 15 business days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your order ID and details of the item. Please include an image of the product and invoice.
  3. We will arrange a pickup within 2-4 business days. Refund or replacement will only be processed once the item is received in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

If a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund.
