Once the returned items are received and verified at our warehouse, the refund will be processed. The timelines are as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card or Online Banking Payments: The refund will be processed to the same account used for the payment within 24-48 business hours. It may take 2-3 additional business days to reflect in your account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your provided billing details. This will be completed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned products. It may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.
