How to Return an Item Purchased on Prime Galleria (Pakistan Orders):
We offer a 15-day return policy for products purchased in Pakistan. You can initiate a return or exchange request within 15 days of receiving the product. Partial returns are also accepted.
Steps to Return an Item:
- Contact our Customer Support team via email at admin@primegalleria.com within 15 business days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order ID and details of your return/replacement/refund request. Kindly include an image of the product and the invoice for reference.
- We will arrange for pickup within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement will only be initiated if the product is returned in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the location. Please note that delivery may take longer during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Orders:
Products received in Pakistan can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and sealed. Opened or used products will not be accepted.
For accepted returns, the invoiced value will be refunded or replaced. The customs duty paid will be reimbursed through a refund coupon for use on your next order. Please provide a copy of the customs receipt to avail this.
Non-returnable/Exchangeable Items:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- Returned without original packaging (price tags, labels, freebies, etc.), or if packaging is damaged.
- Serial number is tampered with.
- Product is used or altered.
- Return request is made after 15 business days of delivery.
- Free product provided by the brand.
Categories Not Eligible for Return:
- Customized products (e.g., lipsticks, compacts) are not eligible for return as they are made on demand.
- Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
